Process for getting started as a client:

1. YOU: Make your initial inquiry by completing and sending the form on the Inquire & Contact page at validstats.com.
2. Accurate Analytics will send a reply email (and if desired a phone call) within approximately 4 business hours (9-5 EST). We'll estimate the total hours required by your project as well as estimate its cost. The email will also estimate a delivery date/time for your project and explain the basic terms of the client arrangement, including payment policy and payment options.
   
3. YOU: By email (or phone), reply Yes the terms are agreeable and you wish to become a client.
   
4. Accurate Analytics will send a second email including your unique Client Code Number and a temporary password.
5. YOU: Use your Client Code Number at validstats.com to access the Client Login area of the site. There:
   a. Read and accept the Client Contract.
   b. Use the Payments page to pay 50% of the estimated total hourly-rate charges for the project (or $200 minimum).
   c. [Optional] Change your password.
6. Accurate Analytics will send a third email confirming your status as a new client and that your project work has been scheduled. At that time, you will also be asked to forward all files, instructions, questions, etc. that we will need to conduct your project.
